Job Description:
This position requires 1-2 months of training in Shenzhen, China, and then returns to work in the country where you belong. You will be responsible for sales and technical support in the country and designated area. If you mind, please do not apply!

1. Carry out sales work according to the sales tasks of the company and complete various sales indicators;
2. Analyze the existing market and customers, discover the potential customers, guide the existing customers, and achieve sales goals;
3. Responsible for coordinating various internal and external resources, solving problems during project implementation, and improving customer satisfaction;
4. Understand customer needs and potential needs through customer visits to improve customer satisfaction and promote customer secondary development;
5. Responsible for product pre-sales support and product demonstration;
6. Assist in system installation, commissioning, and maintenance; provide customers with telephone and on-site support services;
7. Participate in training users, provide on-site guidance and other after-sales technical support work;
8. Do a good job in product marketing; technology application promotion and training;
9. Cooperate in the completion of project implementation and acceptance;
10. Other work matters assigned by superior leaders.

Requirement:
1. More than 2 years of product sales experience in the education equipment industry is preferred;
2. Have a basic understanding of IT network equipment products;
3. Good customer relationship maintenance experience;
4. College degree or above, understand the basic knowledge of networks and computers, major in computer, network engineering, or marketing is preferred;
5. Those who have been engaged in the sales or technical support of software and equipment in the education industry, classroom teaching management-related software are preferred;
6. Have good communication skills;
7. Have the independent working ability and teamwork spirit;
8. Strong learning ability, challenging spirit, able to adapt to business trips;
9. Challenging spirit, positive, and optimistic;
